I used dollar store flowers to make mine and the vessel and oasis I got for free (jacked the centerpiece at a wedding).

Flowers $1x10=$10, foam block = $5, vessel = $10 = $25
Savings = $24.95
Instructions:
Buy materials - flowers, foam, vessel
Cut foam to fit the vessel
Arrange flowers
Voila!
